Machine Features:
– Dual 8″ x 36″ Sub-zero material columns with dry ice sleeve and proper filter plate kit reducing down to a 4″ 1 micron sintered disk plate kit for extra filtration.
– Material column hemi lids have dual sight glasses, 1/4″ compound gauge, 1/4″ nitrogen / vapor release valve, 3/8″ liquid transfer valve along with a single 3/8″ & 1/4″ accessory port
– 6″ x 12″ Jacketed and mounted CRC filter with two 6″ filter plate kits, one 6″ 1 micron sintered disk plate and proper bypass.
– 12″ x 36″ Fully jacketed and mounted collection vessel with hemi lid and bottom exit port. Hemi lid has dual 2″ sight glasses, 1/4″ compound gauge, 1/4″ vapor release valve, 3/8″ liquid transfer valve, true 1/2″ recovery valve and one 3/8″ accessory port. Lid and bottom platter are removable.
– Fully jacketed collection allows for convenient heating and cooling without any heavy lifting. 1/2″ fnpt liquid in/out ports.
– Mounted molecular sieve with true 1/2″ in and out valves with compound gauge
– 1/2″ Large dual coil sitting inside our mounted stainless coil holder with bottom exit port.
– 150lb Stainless steel butane solvent delivery & recovery tank outfitted with 3/8″ liquid delivery valve, 1/4″ nitrogen assist / vapor release valve and true 1/2″ recovery valve.
– 125cf Full nitrogen tank and nitrogen regulator included
