Machine Package Features:
– Dual 6″ x 36″ fully jacketed sub-zero material column with proper filter plate kit.
– Material column hemi lid has dual sight glasses, 1/4″ compound gauge, 1/4″ nitrogen / vapor release valve, 3/8″ liquid delivery valve along with a single 3/8″ accessory port.
– 4″ x 12″ Jacketed and mounted CRC filter with two 4″ filter plate kits, one 4″ 1 micron sintered disk plate kit and proper bypass.
– 12″ x 36″ Fully jacketed and mounted collection vessel with hemi lid and bottom exit port. Lid has dual 2″ sight glasses, 1/4″ compound gauge, 1/4″ vapor release valve, 3/8″ liquid transfer valve, true 1/2″ recovery valve and one 3/8″ accessory port.
– Custom mounted sieve
– 1/2″ Large double condensing coil siting inside our stainless mounted coil holder with exit port.
– 150lb Jacketed stainless steel butane solvent delivery & recovery tank outfitted with 3/8″ liquid delivery valve, 1/4″ nitrogen assist / vapor release valve and true 1/2″ recovery valve.
– 125cf Full nitrogen tank and nitrogen regulator included. Nitrogen tank is secured to rack system by secure mounted tank holder and nitrogen tray.
– FREE private training available at our Monroe Mi facility
– Industry leading tech support
– Extract up to 14lbs every 2.5hours or less
– Capable of producing every extract there is except rosin and distillate
– Designed to produce high end live resin & diamonds/sauce
