Listing Equipment Due to Recent Legal Changes in Tennessee

Good afternoon fellow Cannabis enthusiasts,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m based in Tennessee, and due to recent changes in how Tennessee’s hemp laws calculate total THC percentages, I’ve found myself unable to pursue the cannabis-related business I was planning. My goal had been to legally produce, cultivate, and sell high-quality cannabis.

As a result, I now have brand-new, unused equipment that I’d like to sell. There will be several listings due to the variety of the equipment but here is what I have for grow tents:

15 units Goliath Grow Tent 10’X20′ $1,650.00 per tent. The tents have not been used to cultivate cannabis and are brand new, however I did fully assemble one grow tent and outfit it with all the other growing equipment such as lights, fans, etc.  We did this where we wanted to see what the finished product would look like, a video of this is available upon request.  We did as well assemble maybe 3 more of the tents before we found out about Tennessee’s change in how they were going to calculate THC.  Once we learned about that we dismantled and repackaged those tents.  

These again have never actually been used and were only assemble for a 2-3 week period during our initial staging operation.  The majority of these have never been removed from the original packaging.
